BUTTONS
Buttons may be returned by mail in their original condition for britexfabrics.com store credit, not including shipping charges. Online button returns must be mailed within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Please contact Britex Fabrics via email (service@britexfabrics.com) or phone at 415-392-2910 within two weeks of purchase for return authorization. Returns and credits will not be accepted in-store.

FABRIC, LACE TRIM, RIBBON
Britex Fabrics does not accept returns on cut yardage items, including ribbons, lace trims and fabrics. Please utilize our convenient fabric swatch service for color, weight, drape, and design details and accuracy! We do not provide a ribbon swatch service, so if you need to check ribbon color accuracy, we recommend that you order a one yard piece of the narrowest ribbons to compare colors.
