Lace is an intricate and delicate handicraft that dates from the late 15th and early 16th centuries. We sell a distinctive selection of French point d'Alençon lace, shimmering beaded lace, romantic Chantilly lace, bobbin-woven heirloom lace, and stunning Italian-born Point de Venise. Any of these laces would make marvelous accents to your wedding gown, veil, or bridal accessories. We even have some galloon laces (double-bordered) that may be carefully trimmed along the center to make beauteous veil and gown borders.
7 1/2" wide deep ivory Venise lace in a floral design; the flowers are reminiscent of the always romantic Lily of the Valley - dramatic and lovely! This would be stunning along the hem of a vintage style 1930s frock. Each pair of flowers is spaced 3 1/2" apart. Rayon face and cotton back.
