The San Francisco Renegade Craft Fair – July 27 and 28

craft fair copyThe San Francisco Renegade Craft Fair is returning next weekend for two days! Visit and be prepared to be awash with crafty workshops, super fantabulous craft items, yummy treats, and groovilicious tunes.  It is next weekend,  July 27 + 28, 11am – 7pm at Fort Mason Center Festival Pavilion,  Marina Blvd. and Buchanan Street (Reserve parking for Saturday and Sunday). There will be over 250 craftpersons,  a DIY inspiration lounge, make-and-take workshops, interactive activities, a  color installation by Vera Chroma, entertainment, a photobooth, music , food and drink and more! As Girl Scout kitten says, “Be Prepared!” (Decisive kitten print is by Renegrade Craft Fair makers, Berkley Illustration, aka Ryan and Lucy Berkley of Portland, Oregon)

The k11 October 2nd Craft Sale in Berkeley


The talented folks at knit-one-one, a Berkeley studio that teaches knitting, felting, weaving and other textile arts for crafters of all skill levels, is sponsoring a free craft show Saturday, October 2nd! Be sure and stop by knit-one-one for inspiration and luscious local hand-crafted items.

Maker Faire – 2010

Yeah, Maker Faire is back! Maker Faire Hours – Saturday, May 22 (10am – 8 pm) and Sunday, May 23rd (10am – 6pm) Maker Faire is a two-day, family-friendly event that celebrates the Do-It-Yourself (DIY) mindset. It’s for creative, resourceful people of all ages and backgrounds who like to tinker and love to make things.
